Star Awards performance is scored with 4 points for a Gold, 3 points for a Silver, 2 points for a Bronze and 1 point for a shortlist.

  • Overall achievements and performance as an organisation – 30 points 
  • Commitment to training and development – 10 points 
  • Employer Brand reputation – 10 points
